Michelle Guillermin
Chief Financial Officer and Senior Program Advisor

Michelle Guillermin leads The Akili Group, which provides outsourced back office services to emerging companies and non-profits. As HWCF’s Chief Financial Officer, she manages all accounting, finance, human resource and contracting functions.  She managed a significant research study for HWCF and is currently managing the Community Programming efforts.

Prior to founding the Akili Group, Michelle was CFO of One Economy Corp and Dutko Worldwide, and was a Senate-confirmed, presidentially appointed CFO and COO of The Corporation for National and Community Service where she oversaw and revitalized a $600 million grant program.

Michelle serves on the boards of the Equal Footing Foundation and Achievement Rewards for College Scientists. She previously served on the Board of Trustees of the Army War College.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and is a non-practicing CPA.
