Paul Grimwood is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé USA, which includes Nestlé Beverage, Nestlé Confections & Snacks, Nestlé Emerging Markets, Nestlé Prepared Foods & Baking, Nestlé Pizza, Nestlé Dreyer’s Ice Cream, Nestlé Direct Store Delivery and Nestlé Business Services.

Paul started his career at Mars, where he held a variety of commercial roles in Sales, Marketing and Export culminating as Trading Director. He then spent four years at Highland Distillers as Managing Director UK & Ireland.

Paul joined Nestlé in 2001 as Regional Director for Purina Petcare. He then took on the role of Vice President for Operations for Northern Europe with Nestlé S.A. based in Switzerland. In 2006 he became Managing Director for Nestlé Confectionery (UK). He was appointed Chief Executive of Nestlé UK and Ireland in January 2009 and one year later also took on the role of Chairman.

In the UK, Paul was Deputy President of the Food and Drink Federation (FDF) and also chair of the FDF’s Competitiveness Steering Committee. He co-chaired the Agri-Food and Drink Export Forum with Food Minister Jim Paice and was also a member of the Institute of Grocery Distribution’s Policy Issues Council.

Paul was appointed to his current position at Nestlé USA in October 2012. He earned a B.A. (Honors) in Business Studies from Huddersfield University. He was born in North Yorkshire, England and is married with one son.
