Todd Lachman


Mars Chocolate North America, Mars, Incorporated

Todd Lachman is the President of Mars Chocolate North America, responsible for the North America Chocolate operations, as well as serving as the Global M&M’S® Brand Strategic Leader for Mars, Inc. He joined the company in October of 2006. The portfolio of brands under Todd’s leadership include: M&M’S®, Snickers®, Milky Way®, Twix®, 3Musketeers®, Dove®, Munch®, Combos®, Kudos®, Snickers Marathon® and Dove Chocolate DiscoveriesTM in the U.S. and Mars®, Bounty® and Maltesers® in Canada. Mars produces seven of the twenty best-selling chocolate bars and products in the United States.

Prior to joining Mars, Todd was the Executive Vice President, Del Monte Foods, responsible for the Star Kist Seafood, Del Monte Brand, and Pet Products operating divisions. Before that Todd was Managing Director of the Pet Products division for The H.J. Heinz Company. Early in his career he worked with the Procter & Gamble Company in a variety of marketing positions with increasing responsibility, both in the United States and Latin America.

Todd currently is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Boys and Girls Club of Newark, N.J. and has held previous Board positions for the Pittsburgh Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization, the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium and Mel Blount Youth Home of Pennsylvania. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics and art history from Colby College and a Masters in Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Todd resides in Mountain Lakes, N.J. with his wife Christine; children Kyle, Paul and Isabella; and black Labrador Pisco.
